SoulScapes - Unlocking Your Inner Mysteries With Collage
Facilitated by Treena Norrish, RPC
Sat., Oct 5th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Cook St. Village
When we let go of our thinking minds and open to our intuition, we enter the realms of mystery and possibility, where we are free to play, to dream to imagine. These are the territories of the soul, or what I like to call our 'SoulScapes'. Anything can happen here!
I'm excited to offer you an opportunity to move into these realms and travel in a new way, using collage as a means of soulful discovery.
~Perhaps there's a door within you that you're compelled to open... Where is the key for this door and what new SoulScape might await you on the other side?
~You may be navigating a difficult terrain or crossing an important threshold. How might your creativity help you cross to this new land?
~Maybe there's a part of you that is longing to be seen, heard, and acknowledged. What might happen if you let this part of you express itself through imagery?
~Is there a Spirit or animal guide that has been visiting you in dreams or seeking your attention? Could collage be a means to meet this guide and learn of its significance?
~Does your heart have a desire that feels unreachable? What if collage could reveal your next step?
If these questions spark you alive, then please join a small group for a unique creative journey.
In addition to collage process, the day will include an opening and closing circle, guided visualization and journalling.
No art experience or special skills are required to attend, and no rules apply. All materials will be provided, including a selection of images.
Please bring:
~ your curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen to yourself
~ any of your own images that you'd like to include in your process
~a journal, pen and a packed lunch
We will break for lunch and have several shorter breaks throughout our day.
Cost: $25 deposit and make a mindful payment at the end.
What does this mean? You pay $25 to hold your spot. Then come and enjoy the day, and at the very end of our time together you pay me whatever you'd like to pay.
Mindful payment has you consider what you've received, all the work that went into creating the event, the cost of other similar workshops, and what you can afford. Payable by cash, cheque or etransfer. (crediting Marketing for Hippies and Shelley Easthope Healing Arts for this payment method).
Maximum 6 people
